With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare and human services industry, I've learned firsthand what it takes to start, manage, and grow a business. From residential services and Minnesota's 245D requirements to licensing, compliance, and daily operations, I've experienced both the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
I created Caring Heart Consulting to share what I've learned and help aspiring entrepreneurs navigate their own journeys with greater clarity and confidence.
